Why Teacher Licensing at USF?

The Teacher Licensing program allows you to pursue your passion for teaching by gaining advanced skills and knowledge in the methods and materials related to the subject area of your choice. In addition to Special Education, 11 different teaching license areas are available, with courses offered online or in a traditional on-campus setting. Upon completion of the Teaching License program, you will be eligible for an Indiana teaching license and your licensing coursework may be applied toward a Master of Science in Education.

After Graduation

Upon completion of the Teacher Licensing program, you will be able to seek employment with public, charter, Catholic and other parochial schools in Indiana and around the country. Indiana has teacher licensing reciprocity with 46 states.
